Oliviera

Our story

A family, a plateau, olive trees

The Oliviera story is not storytelling written in an office: it is the very real story of a family that has grown its olive trees in El Gara since 1990, passing down trees, skills and high standards.

Timeline

1990 — today

  1. 1990

    The first olive trees

Haj Ahmed plants the family's first olive trees on our land in the Chaouïa, near the village of El Gara: Moroccan Picholine, Haouzia and Menara.

  2. Today

    Oliviera, straight from the farm

We sell our extra virgin olive oil with no middleman, at a fair price shown per litre, with a distribution point in Maârif, Casablanca. Pleasant taste guaranteed.

And tomorrow

A taste for passing it on

Our children are already learning to spot an olive turning colour and to taste the pungency of a young oil. For the harvests to come, we keep things simple: fine trees, perfect fruit, quick pressing — and your table.

Our oil is ordered in 5-litre bidons: first-press extra virgin or second press oil for cooking. The 2026 harvest starts in early November 2026: reserve your new-harvest oil.
