One oil, one story

Stocking up on olive oil for the whole year is a Moroccan tradition, and restaurants and grocers buy the same way. Our extra virgin olive oil is sold in 5-litre bidons (jerrycans), minimum 4 bidons (20 L), at the farm-direct price: 75 to 65 MAD per litre. The more bidons you take, the less each litre costs.

Our Moroccan Picholine, Haouzia and Menara olives are picked by hand in our family olive groves in El Gara, in the Chaouïa, and cold-pressed within six hours of picking. The result is a pleasant, balanced oil for eating raw or cooking. You can also reserve oil from the 2026 harvest at the same price.

Packed in food-grade bidons. Need a cheaper oil for cooking in large quantities? Our second press olive oil is from 35 MAD per litre.

Tasting notes

Questions

Your questions answered

Why a minimum of 4 bidons?

Because that is how most Moroccan families buy their olive oil: once a year, for the whole year. Selling in 5-litre bidons, minimum 4 bidons (20 L), lets us keep a farm-direct price, 75 to 65 MAD per litre depending on quantity, without costly small packaging.

How does the tiered price work?

The price per litre goes down with the number of extra virgin bidons in your order, from 4 to 20 bidons: 75 to 65 MAD per litre. Above 20 bidons, ask us for a quote on WhatsApp. To work out how many bidons you need, use our supply calculator.

How is it different from your second press oil?

Extra virgin oil comes from the first cold pressing of the olives, within six hours of picking: it is the fruitiest oil, for eating raw or cooking. Second press oil, from 35 MAD per litre, comes from a second pressing of an older batch: less aromatic, it suits everyday cooking in large quantities.

How do I store a large bidon for a whole year?

Keep the bidon closed, away from light and heat (14 to 20 °C). Tip: pour some into a small dark glass bottle for daily use, and open the bidon as rarely as possible.

Do you deliver to businesses?

Yes. Restaurants, grocers and hotels in Casablanca are delivered from our distribution point in Maârif (delivery 50 MAD). Outside Casablanca, contact us to arrange transport.
